Windbourne Landscaping Notes
- As a reminder, Windbourne owners are responsible for replacing dead bushes and trees. Plantings located outside any mulch beds need to have mulch rings around them to facilitate efficient mowing by the landscaper.
- Community mulching will be provided in front and along the side of buildings. Rear mulching is the responsibility of the owner . Mulch color must match front and sides. Owners wishing to contract this work may contact Perfection Landscaping @ 859. 384. 1600
- During this year's mowing season, certain hillsides will skip mows in order to establish grass and strengthen turf.
- Snowplow turf damage along drive edges has been repaired by Perfection Landscaping. Turf damage along street edges done by the city is the responsibility of the homeowner. Work may be contracted with Perfection Landscaping.
- The Windbourne Advisory committee will be reviewing options on enhancing the Nelson Road entrance to include installing mulch beds and plantings.
