Towne Properties announces the departure of your Manager, Dave Munro. Dave is fulfilling a life-long goal of relocating to sunny Florida to manage a luxury hi-rise condominium on the Gulf. We hope you join us in wishing Dave all the luck and best wishes in his new endeavor.

Effective March 1, 2010, Darlene Hagen will tranfer from the Towne Properties East Cincinnati office to assume Dave's duties. Darlene managed a complete portfolio of single family and condominiums for almost 2 years and brings her experience budgeting, legal framework, homeowner issues, and contracting with her. She is also familiar with the establishment of developing communities and is eager to help your Board direct the activities of your Association.
